Job Summary

As an ARC Key Account Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for calling on specific assigned accounts.  The goal of the Sales Agent is to produce revenue for the rental department. The agent is tasked with finding, creating, and managing client accounts. Part of the account management is to build quotes and orders, coordinate pickup and return times, arrange payment methods, and ensure clients understand proper rental procedures.  The role is responsible for delivering Sales based on a Quota consistent with the assigned accounts.  Candidate must manage all phases of the sales process, from establishing new accounts through the closing of opportunities, as well as an assessment of future needs of our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build quotes and orders for clients
  • Set-up payment options and proper documentation for accounts
  • Coordinate pickup and return times with proper departments.
  • Through reporting provide valuable industry information on customer needs and trends as it applies to inventory needed at ARC
  • Assist client during shoot if necessary with any additional needed equipment or troubleshoot equipment in the field with help from a technician
  • Ensure orders are properly billed
  • Maintain good standing client relationship to help ensure continued business
  • Ability to carry a quota and be held accountable for SALES RESULTS
  • Proactively Cold call to generate and develop customer
  • Emphasize product features and benefits, quote prices, and answer customer questions

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience
  • Technical savvy with a proven working knowledge of Cinema/Stills/Lighting gear
  • Strong Network of Industry Contacts and Relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
